After several months of work, the hotel La Tartane has just reopened its doors. A five-star resort built in the shape of a small Provencal hamlet housing the rooms. Notoire agency is in charge of the transformation of this Saint-Tropez hotel which pays homage to the glorious times of the french Riviera, when creativity and refinement had reached their peak.

On the road Les Salins, La Tartane hotel complex takes shape through the branches of its green park. The large maritime pine welcomes visitors seeking peace and well-being in this haven of greenery hosting six small houses in which the twenty-seven rooms and suites are hidden. Jordane Arrivetz, of Notoire agency, designed the place in homage to the golden age of the Riviera, when aristocrats and artists came to taste the benefits of the climate and enjoy an idyllic setting. The time when Cocteau drew his frescoes, Matisse cut out his collages, Le Corbusier took refuge in his shed and Gabriel Chanel decorated his villa.

The result is an intimate and refined atmosphere with subtle evocations of the past and the Mediterranean, plunging the visitor into a worldly and artistic imagination: the furniture mixes objects found by Julie Barrau and custom-made creations, the furnishing fabrics are dressed in retro trimmings made of white piping and ruffled fringe, and the hotel is designed with a palette of sunny and natural colors in a variation of greens enhanced here and there with coral hues and flamboyant yellows.

The open-air restaurant sets up its tables in the extension of the Hollywood-style swimming pool. Long daybeds festooned with white and their fringed parasols border the pool in which you can enjoy a lemonade or a freshly squeezed orangeade with citrus fruits from the garden, or a fresh and seasonal dish from the restaurant menu.
